Specificity / Sensitivity
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b Antibody (Biotin Conjugate) detects the heavy chain of mouse IgG2b. This antibody has been cross-adsorbed against mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG3, IgM, and IgA, human, bovine, and horse serum proteins. It may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b Antibody (Biotin Conjugate) is produced by immunizing goats with mouse IgG2b. The Anti-Mouse IgG2b antibody is purified from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Background
Biotinylated anti-species IgG conjugated antibodies enable signal amplification and are ideal for detecting lower expressing proteins.
