    Product Description

    Designed for use with mouse polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, this affinity purified donkey anti-mouse IgG reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG and the light chains of mouse IgM and IgA. This product is thoroughly validated with Cell Signaling Technology® primary antibodies and will work optimally with the Cell Signaling Technology® CUT&Tag protocol, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.

    Product Usage Information

    The CUT&Tag dilution was determined using CUT&Tag Assay Kit #77552. Recommended antibody dilution is 1:50.

    Storage

    Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 2 mg/mL bovine serum albumin (BSA), and 50% glycerol. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody. This product is stable for 24 months when stored at -20°C.
