Flow Cytometry Panel Builder

The CST^® panel builder uses your instrument characteristics and target list to help you build a panel of conjugated antibodies that will minimize spillover and maximize results. The tool will show available antibodies with the correct species reactivity, and prevent selection of products with overlapping spectra.

Using the Panel Builder

1. Select your target species.
2. Select your cytometer or instrument configuration.
3. Select your targets of interest, and enter the approximate antigen density (if known). Also select any additional dyes, fluorescent proteins or probes.
   1. The IntelliPanel option (available as a toggle switch) will help build the panel for you, but can be disabled if you wish to build the panel manually. 
4. Review the provided product options and make selections as desired.
   1. If using the IntelliPanel, it will make suggestions for the fluorophores but you can override individual or all choices.
